ShazFit Group Training

My group training sessions are an effective and enjoyable way to get fit and feel wonderful no matter what your fitness level is. Sessions include cardio, boxing and weights and I provide support and nutritional advice to my clients constantly. My primary motivation is to help you achieve your goals.

All ShazFit group sessions take place at Bayside Park, Manly and are only $12 per session.
